Torna-se público que, por meu despacho de 26 de janeiro de 2017 se encontra aberto, pelo prazo de trinta dias úteis, a contar do dia imediato ao da publicação do presente Edital no Diário da República, concurso documental internacional de recrutamento, na modalidade de contrato de trabalho em funções públicas por tempo indeterminado, para um (1) posto de trabalho para a categoria de Professor Associado, na área disciplinar de Econometria e Investigação Operacional, do Departamento de Métodos Quantitativos para a Gestão e Economia do ISCTE -IUL. O concurso é aberto nos termos dos artigos 37.º a 51.º e 62.º-A do Estatuto da Carreira Docente Universitária, anexo ao Decreto-Lei n.º 205/2009, de 31 de agosto, e alterado pela Lei n.º 8/2010, de 13 de maio, adiante designado por ECDU, e demais legislação aplicável, designadamente do Regulamento de Recrutamento, Seleção e Contratação de Pessoal Docente de Carreira do ISCTE-IUL, publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 193, de 4 de outubro de 2010, e esgota-se com o preenchimento do posto de trabalho colocado a concurso. A avaliação do período experimental é feita nos termos do Regulamento do Regime de Vinculação do Pessoal Docente do ISCTE-IUL tendo em conta o estabelecido nos Regulamentos de Serviço dos Docentes do ISCTE-IUL e no Regulamento de Avaliação de Desempenho dos Docentes do ISCTE-IUL em vigor aquando da admissão.
I - Requisitos de admissão
1 - Ser titular do grau de doutor há mais de 5 (cinco) anos em área que o júri considere adequada ao concurso. Caso o doutoramento tenha sido conferido por instituição de ensino superior estrangeira, o mesmo tem de ser reconhecido por instituição de ensino superior portuguesa, nos termos do disposto no Decreto-Lei n.º 341/2007, de 12 de outubro.
2 - Possuir domínio da língua portuguesa falada e escrita.
3 - Possuir domínio da língua inglesa falada e escrita.
II - Apresentação das candidaturas
1 - As candidaturas devem ser entregues, pessoalmente, durante o horário normal de expediente, ou remetidas por correio, registado e com aviso de receção, até ao termo do prazo, para Unidade de Recursos Humanos do ISCTE-IUL, sita na Avenida das Forças Armadas, 1649-026, Lisboa.
2 - Não são aceites candidaturas enviadas por correio eletrónico.

IV - Instrução da candidatura
A candidatura deve ser instruída com os seguintes documentos:
1 - Requerimento dirigido ao Reitor do ISCTE-IUL, solicitando a aceitação da candidatura e de onde deve constar nome completo e nome adotado em referências bibliográficas, número e data do bilhete de identidade ou número de identificação civil, residência ou endereço de contacto, incluindo endereço eletrónico e contacto telefónico e situação laboral presente.
2 - Documentos comprovativos do preenchimento dos requisitos exigidos nos pontos 1, 2 e 3 do número I do presente edital.
2.1 - Os titulares do grau de doutor obtido no estrangeiro têm de apresentar documento comprovativo do seu reconhecimento por instituição de ensino superior portuguesa, nos termos do disposto no Decreto-Lei n.º 341/2007, de 12 de outubro devendo quaisquer formalidades aí estabelecidas estar cumpridas até à data do termo do prazo para a candidatura.
2.2 - Os candidatos têm de apresentar declaração, sob compromisso de honra, do domínio da língua portuguesa e inglesa a um nível que permita a lecionação nessas línguas.
3 - Dois exemplares em formato eletrónico (pdf) de um plano curricular e pedagógico de uma unidade curricular de um ciclo de estudos do ISCTE-IUL, desenvolvido na área disciplinar para que é aberto o concurso, que revista a forma de texto (máximo de 20 páginas A4) e que contemple os seguintes aspetos: objetivos, competências a desenvolver, metodologia, avaliação, bibliografia e...
