Sumário: Procedimento concursal para a contratação de doutorado.
Abertura de procedimento concursal de seleção internacional para a contratação de doutorado(a) ao abrigo do contrato programa para apoio ao desenvolvimento de atividades de I&D, celebrado entre a FCT, IP e o INIAV, IP e em conformidade com o previsto no n.º 4 do artigo 28.º do regulamento do emprego científico (REC), publicado no DR pelo Regulamento n.º 607-A/2017 de 22 de novembro.
Por despacho do Conselho Diretivo do Instituto Nacional de Investigação Agrária e Veterinária, IP, (INIAV, I. P.), foi autorizada a abertura de concurso de seleção internacional para um lugar de Investigador Principal para o exercício de atividades de investigação científica na Unidade Estratégica de Investigação e Serviços de Tecnologia e Segurança Alimentar, na área de Microbiologia e Bioquímica.
1 - Legislação aplicável:
Decreto-Lei n.º 57/2016, de 29 de agosto, que aprova um regime de contratação de doutorados destinados a estimular o emprego científico e tecnológico em todas as áreas do conhecimento (RJEC), na redação introduzida pela primeira alteração prevista na Lei n.º 57/2017, de 19 de julho, Lei Geral do Trabalho em Funções Públicas (LTFP), aprovada em anexo à Lei n.º 35/2014, de 20 de junho, na atual redação, Código do Trabalho, aprovado pela Lei n.º 7/2009, de 12 de fevereiro, na sua redação atual, e Regulamento n.º 607-A/2017, de 22 de novembro (REC).
2 - Nos termos do artigo 16.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 57/2016, de 29 de agosto, o presente Procedimento Concursal está dispensado da autorização dos membros do Governo responsáveis pelas áreas das finanças e da Administração Pública, designadamente a referida no n.º 3 do artigo 7.º da LTFP; da obtenção do parecer prévio favorável dos membros do Governo responsáveis pelas áreas das Finanças e da Administração Pública, referido no n.º 5 do artigo 30.º da LTFP e do procedimento de recrutamento de trabalhadores em situação de requalificação, referido no artigo 265.º da LTFP.
3 - Em conformidade com o artigo 13.º do RJEC o júri do concurso tem a seguinte composição:
Presidente: Nuno Figueira Boavida Canada, Presidente do INIAV e Professor Associado do Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas de Abel Salazar (ICBAS) da Universidade do Porto;
Vogal: José António Couto Teixeira, Professor Catedrático do Departamento de Engenharia Biológica da Universidade do Minho;
Vogal: Joana Cecília Valente de Rodrigues Azeredo, Professora Associada com agregação do Departamento de Engenharia Biológica da Universidade do Minho.
4 - O contratado terá como funções as correspondentes à categoria de investigador principal constantes dos n.os 2 e 4 do artigo 5.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 124/99, de 20 de abril, com as alterações introduzidas pela Lei n.º 157/99, de 14 de setembro. Terá como funções principais desenvolver ferramentas e atividades na área de Microbiologia e Bioquímica.
4.1 - É critério de admissão ter pelo menos 5 anos de experiência pós-doutoral à data do lançamento do presente aviso.
4.2 - São ainda critérios preferenciais: Atividade de investigação em microbiologia e/ou bioquímica;
Gestão e participação em projetos de investigação científica;
Orientação de teses e dissertações;
Publicações relevantes na mesma área de recrutamento;
5 - O trabalho será desenvolvido no Polo de Vairão do INIAV, I. P., situado Rua dos Lagidos, 4485-655 Vairão, Portugal, sem prejuízo de deslocações inerentes às atividades ou funções que deva exercer nos outros Polos do INIAV.
