Portaria n.º 191/2018
De acordo com o disposto na alínea a) do artigo 1.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 46/92, de 4 de abril, o Estado-Maior do Exército tem direito ao uso do Estandarte Nacional.
A atribuição do Estandarte Nacional ao Estado-Maior do Exército foi proposta ao Ministro da Defesa Nacional pelo Conselho de Chefes de Estado-Maior.
Assim, ao abrigo do disposto no artigo 3.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 46/92, de 4 de abril, manda o Governo, pelo Ministro da Defesa Nacional, o seguinte:

Atribuição do Estandarte Nacional
É atribuído o Estandarte Nacional ao Estado-Maior do Exército.
