Declaração n.º DD4759, de 31 de Janeiro de 1985
Declaração Para os devidos efeitos se declara que o Decreto-Lei n.º 376/84, publicado no Diário da República, 1.' série, n.º 278, de 30 de Novembro de 1984, cujo original se encontra arquivado nesta Secretaria-Geral, saiu com as seguintes inexactidões, que assim se rectificam: No Regulamento sobre o Licenciamento dos Estabelecimentos de Fabrico e de Armazenagem de Produtos Explosivos: No artigo 11.º, n.º 1, alínea c), onde se lê 'faixa de terrenos' deve ler-se 'faixa de terreno,'.
No artigo, 13.º n.º 1, onde se lê 'distância de 100 m,' deve ler-se 'distância de 1000 m,' e onde se lê 'telegráfica ou telefónicas' deve ler-se 'telegráficas ou telefónicas'.
No artigo 20.º n.º 1, onde se lê 'Para obtenção' deve ler-se 'Para a obtenção'.
No artigo 20.º n.º 1, alínea c), onde se lê 'telegráficas e telefónicas' deve ler-se telegráficas ou telefónicas'.
No artigo 25.º, n.º 1, onde se lê 'Para obtenção' deve ler-se 'Para a obtenção'.
No artigo 31.º n.º 1, alínea a), onde se lê 'ficar em condições' deve ler-se 'não ficar em condições'.
Na tabela C, no título, onde se lê 'averbamentos e 2.as' deve ler-se 'averbamentos e 2.as vias, relativo a:'.
No modelo IV onde se lê 'residente (com sede) em (b)' deve ler-se 'residente (ou com sede) em (b)'.
No Regulamento sobre o Fabrico, Armazenagem, Comércio e Emprego de Produtos Explosivos: No artigo 2.º n.º 4, onde se lê 'de fabrico ou armazenagem' deve ler-se 'de fabrico ou de armazenagem'.
No artigo 3.º n.º 4, onde se lê 'chefe de delegação' deve ler-se 'chefe dadelegação'.
No artigo 10.º onde se lê 'perigos de electricidade' deve ler-se 'perigos da electricidade'.
No artigo 19.º n.º 1, onde se lê 'proposto para venda' deve ler-se 'proposto para a venda'. No artigo 34.º n.º 4, alínea c), onde se lê e que esteja licenciada' deve ler-se 'e que esteja licenciado'.
No artigo 34.º, n.º 4, alínea c), onde se lê 'depósitos de 1.' ou de 2.' espécie,' deve ler-se 'depósitos de 1.'...
