Despacho n.º 15 298/2002 (2.' série). - Considerando que o Manual de Boas Práticas de Medicina Física e de Reabilitação (MBP), aprovado pelo despacho n.º 1352/2002, de 9 de Janeiro, da Secretária de Estado Adjunta do Ministro da Saúde, ultrapassa os limites substantivamente definidos pelo artigo 7.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 500/99, de 19 de Novembro, onde se estabelece que o MBP deve integrar os processos de garantia de qualidade de modo a permitir a acreditação das unidades de saúde, carecendo, como tal, de norma habilitante suficiente; Considerando que a norma habilitante específica as matérias que devem constar do MBP e verificando-se que procede à definição de competências e obrigações de várias categorias de profissionais de saúde, colidindo com diplomas legais estabelecedores das respectivas funções; Considerando ainda que a atribuição de competências às diversas categorias de profissionais de saúde não pode ser...
