1 - Ao abrigo do n.º 4 do Despacho n.º 2246/2019, de 17 de janeiro de 2019, do General Chefe do Estado-Maior do Exército, subdelego no Tenente-Coronel Médico Rafael Antunes Pombo, Diretor do Centro de Saúde Militar de Coimbra (CSMC), a competência em mim delegada para a realização e arrecadação de receitas provenientes da prestação de serviços ou cedência ou alienação de bens.
2 - Subdelego ainda na mesma entidade a competência em mim delegada no n.º 2 do referido Despacho n.º 2246/2019, para, nos termos e para os efeitos do disposto no artigo 109.º do Código dos Contratos Públicos, aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 18/2008, de 29 de janeiro, autorizar e realizar despesas com a locação e aquisição de bens e serviços e com empreitadas de obras públicas, até ao limite de 12.500 euros.
3 - O presente despacho produz efeitos desde a data da sua assinatura, ficando por este meio ratificados...
