1 - Nos termos do disposto no n.º 4 do artigo 3.º e no n.º 1 do artigo 9.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 169-B/2019, de 3 de dezembro, na sua atual redação, que aprova o regime da organização e funcionamento do XXII Governo Constitucional, e nos artigos 44.º e 47.º do Código do Procedimento Administrativo e no uso das competências que me foram delegadas pelo Primeiro-Ministro através do Despacho n.º 11751/2020, de 23 de novembro, publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 232, de 27 de novembro de 2020, subdelego no Secretário de Estado da Presidência do Conselho de Ministros, André Moz Caldas, as competências que me foram delegadas pelo Primeiro-Ministro através do mesmo despacho, para a prática de todos os atos relativos a processos judiciais em que seja demandada a Presidência do Conselho de Ministros, nomeadamente a concessão de autorização para confessar, desistir ou transigir nos autos.
