Despacho n.º 11738/2020
Sumário: Designação, em comissão de serviço, do superintendente Manuel Albertino Nunes Carrilho para o exercício do cargo de comandante distrital de Portalegre.
Nos termos das disposições conjugadas do n.º 1 do artigo 56.º da Lei n.º 53/2007, de 31 de agosto, do n.º 1 do artigo 62.º e do artigo 79.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 243/2015, de 19 de outubro, e por proposta do diretor nacional da Polícia de Segurança Pública, designo, em comissão de serviço, pelo período de três anos, o superintendente M/100180, Manuel Albertino Nunes Carrilho, para o exercício do cargo de comandante distrital de Portalegre, com efeitos a 21 de novembro de 2020, cuja competência e experiência profissionais constam da síntese curricular em anexo.

Manuel Albertino Nunes Carrilho tem 49 anos de idade e é superintendente da Polícia de Segurança Pública. É licenciado em Ciências Policiais pelo Instituto Superior de Ciências Policiais e Segurança Interna (ISCPSI). Da sua formação profissional destaca-se o Curso de Direção e Estratégia Policial, ministrado no ISCPSI, e ainda diversas ações de formação nas áreas do planeamento e desenvolvimento organizacional, em comando e liderança, gestão de incidentes tático-policiais, gestão de projetos policiais e gestão da formação. Dos diversos cargos que desempenhou ao longo da sua carreira profissional, salientam-se os seguintes: Comandante de Esquadra na Divisão do Comando Metropolitano de Lisboa entre agosto de 1995 e janeiro de 1998, chefe do Núcleo de Informações e chefe do Núcleo de Comunicações (em acumulação) do Comando Metropolitano do Porto entre setembro de 2000 e janeiro de 2002, Comandante da Divisão Policial de Elvas entre outubro de 2002 e fevereiro de 2004, chefe da Área de Operações e Segurança do Comando Distrital de Portalegre...
