Despacho n.º 11405/2018
Manda o Almirante Chefe do Estado-Maior da Armada, ao abrigo da alínea c) do n.º 1 do artigo 72.º do Estatuto dos Militares das Forças Armadas (aprovado pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 90/2015, de 29 de maio e alterado pela Lei n.º 10/2018, de 2 de março), de acordo com o estipulado no n.º 1 do artigo 169.º, no n.º 6 do artigo 202.º e conforme o estabelecido no artigo 5.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 90/2018, de 29 de maio, conjugado com o disposto no artigo 15.º do Regulamento que estabeleceu as regras de admissão, frequência e funcionamento aplicáveis à ação de formação para transição para a categoria de oficiais nos quadros técnicos de saúde aprovado pela Portaria n.º 379/2015, de 22 de outubro, ingressar nos quadros permanentes no posto de subtenente da classe de Técnicos de Saúde, a contar de 1 de outubro de 2018, de acordo com o n.º 1 do artigo 196.º do mesmo estatuto os seguintes militares:
