Sumário: Retificação de extensão encargos - aquisição de serviços de limpeza e higiene para as suas unidades orgânicas e serviços autónomos.

Extensão de encargos
(alteração da Deliberação n.º 975/2020 - Extensão de encargos)
Considerando que através da Deliberação n.º 975/2020, publicada no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 194, de 6 de outubro, foi a Universidade do Porto autorizada a proceder à inscrição, nos orçamentos de 2021 a 2023, dos encargos relativos à aquisição de serviços de limpeza e higiene para as suas Unidades Orgânicas e Serviços Autónomos que não excedam a despesa global de 6.307.704,84 Euros, ao qual acresce IVA à taxa legal em vigor.
Considerando que entre a data da publicação daquele despacho e a presente data, se verificou a necessidade de um acréscimo dos encargos no montante 680.727,67 Euros.
Considerando que a extensão de encargos é um ato administrativo vinculado quanto ao momento e discricionário quanto ao conteúdo;
Determina-se, com fundamento no artigo 173.º n.º 1 do Código do Procedimento Administrativo, alterar o ato publicado no Diário da República, 2.ª série, n.º 194, de 6 de outubro, referente à extensão de encargos relacionada com a aquisição de serviços de limpeza e higiene para as Unidades Orgânicas e Serviços Autónomos da Universidade do Porto, nos seguintes termos:
1 - Fica a Universidade do Porto autorizada a proceder à inscrição dos encargos relativos à aquisição supra referida, que não excedam a despesa global de 6.988.432,51 Euros, ao qual acresce IVA à taxa legal em vigor;
2 - Os encargos orçamentais decorrentes da execução do contrato supra referido serão distribuídos, previsivelmente, de acordo com a seguinte repartição:
a) Em 2021 - 2.329.477,50 Euros, ao qual acresce IVA à...
