Decreto-Lei n.º 686/75 de 11 de Dezembro Considerando o disposto no n.º 6 do artigo 1.º da Lei Constitucional n.º 3/75, de 19 de Fevereiro, que atribuiu à Junta de Salvação Nacional o poder de adoptar as medidas julgadas necessárias ao saneamento dos serviços públicos, poder esse que, pelo disposto no n.º 1 do artigo 6.º da Lei Constitucional n.º 5/75, de 14 de Março, transitou para o Conselho da Revolução; Considerando que as regras acolhidas no Decreto-Lei n.º 147-C/75, de 21 de Março, para o saneamento dos quadros das forças armadas devem coincidir com aquelas a que obedecerá o saneamento do pessoal das forças militarizadas não abrangido por aquelediploma; Usando dos poderes conferidos pelo n.º 1 do artigo 6.º da Lei Constitucional n.º 5/75, de 14 de Março, o Conselho da Revolução decreta e eu promulgo, para valer como lei, oseguinte: Artigo 1.º - 1. O Conselho da Revolução, directamente ou delegando nos comandantes-gerais das respectivas corporações, pode ordenar o afastamento do serviço dos oficiais dos quadros de complemento das forças armadas em serviço na Guarda Nacional Republicana e na Guarda Fiscal, dos sargentos e praças das mesmas corporações, bem como dos comissários e agentes da Polícia de Segurança Pública, que estejam nas condições prescritas nas alíneas a) e b) do artigo 1.º do Decreto-Lei n.º 147-C/75...
