Aviso n. 195/2008

Por ordem superior se torna público ter o Governo da República da Estónia efectuado, junto do Secretário -Geral das Naçóes Unidas, em 8 de Março de 2006, a adesáo à Convençáo sobre a Segurança do Pessoal das Naçóes Unidas e Pessoal Associado.

Notificaçáo

The Secretary -General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depositary, communicates the following:

The above action was effected on 8 March 2006, with: In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 10 of the Convention the Republic of Estonia establishes her jurisdiction over any such crime when it is committed with respect to a national of Estonia.

The Convention will enter into force for Estonia on

7 April 2006 in accordance with its article 27 (2) which reads as follows:

'For each State ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to the Convention after the deposit of the twenty -second instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, the Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the deposit by such State of its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.'

O Secretário -Geral das Naçóes Unidas, agindo na sua qualidade de depositário, comunica o seguinte:

A adesáo acima mencionada teve lugar em 8 de Março de 2006, com:

A República da Estónia, em conformidade com o disposto no n. 2 do artigo 10. da Convençáo, estabelece a sua jurisdiçáo sobre qualquer desses crimes, quando perpetrados em relaçáo a um nacional da Estónia.
