Aviso n.º 124/2006 Por ordem superior se torna público que a Roménia depositou junto do Secretário-Geral do Conselho da Europa, em 13 de Julho de 2004, o seu instrumento de ratificação da Convenção Europeia sobre a Televisão Transfronteiras, aberta para assinatura em Estrasburgo em 5 de Maio de 1989, com a seguinte declaração: 'In accordance with article 32 of the Convention, Romania reserves its right to oppose to retransmission on its territory of programmes services which contains advertisement for alcoholic beverages, in conformity with its domestic law.

Romania designates the following competent authorities: a) The Ministry of Culture and Religious Denominations as the authority to co-operate with, in accordance with article 19, paragraph 3, sub-paragraph b-d, of the Convention; b) The National Audiovisual Council as the authority to co-operate with, in accordance with article 19, paragraph 3, subparagraph a, of the Convention, and, for the provisions of the article 19, paragraph 13, subparagraph b-d, of the Convention, with the approval of the Ministry of Culture and Religious Denominations.'
