Aviso n.º 8/2006 Por ordem superior se torna público ter a República Federal da Jugoslávia depositado junto do Secretário-Geral do Conselho da Europa, em 30 de Setembro de 2002, o seu instrumento de adesão à Convenção Europeia de Auxílio Mútuo em Matéria Penal, aberta para assinatura em Estrasburgo em 20 de Abril de 1959, com as seguintes reservas e declarações: 'In accordance with article 1, paragraph 1, of the Convention, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia shall grant legal assistance only in proceedings related to criminal acts stipulated by the laws of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, whose criminal prosecution, at the moment legal assistance is required, falls within the jurisdiction of the Yugoslav courts competent.

In accordance with article 7, paragraph 3, of the Convention, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia shall serve court summons issued to the name of a person against whom criminal proceedings have been initiated, residing in its territory, only if the summons is transmited to the competent judicial authority 30 days before the date set for the apperance in the court by the said person.

In accordance with article 15, paragraph 6, of the Convention and in connection with implementation of article 15, paragraph 2, of the Convention, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia requests that a copy of the letter requesting legal assistance be transmitted to the Federal Ministry of Justice.

In accordance with article 24 of the Convention, the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia hereby states that judicial authorities, for the purposes of the present Convention, shall be considered regular courts and Public i.e. State Prosecutor'sOffices.' Tradução Em conformidade com o n.º 1 do artigo 1.º da Convenção, a República Federal da Jugoslávia concederá auxílio judiciário mútuo apenas nos processos relativos a infracções previstas no direito interno da República Federal da Jugoslávia, cuja repressão seja da competência dos tribunais jugoslavos.
