Aviso n.º 14/2006 Por ordem superior se torna público ter a República Checa depositado junto do Secretário-Geral do Conselho da Europa, em 18 de Janeiro de 2002, o seu instrumento de ratificação da Convenção Europeia sobre o Controlo da Aquisição de Armas de Fogo por Particulares, aberta para assinatura em Estrasburgo em 28 de Junho de 1978, com as seguintes declarações e reservas: 'Declaration Pursuant to article 9, paragraph 3, and article 11 of the Convention, the Czech Republic indicates as the autorithy to which notifications should be addressed under article 9 and as the authority competent to issue authorizations referred to in paragraph 2 of article 10 of the Convention: (ver documento original) Reservations In accordance with the provisions of article 15, paragraph 1, of the Convention and in accordance with sub-paragraphs a), c) and d) of appendix II to the Convention, the Czech Republic reserves the right: 1) Not to apply chapter II of the Convention in respect of any objects comprised in paragraph 3 of appendix I to the Convention, including: Any ammunition specially designed to be discharged by an object comprised in paragraph 1, subparagraphs j), k) or n), of appendix I to the Convention; Any substance or matter specially designed to be discharged by an instrument comprised in paragraph 1, subparagraph g) of appendix I to the Convention; 2) Not to apply chapter III of the Convention in respect of any objects comprised in paragraph 3 of appendix I to the Convention, including: Any ammunition specially designed to be discharged by an object comprised in paragraph 1, subparagraphs j), k) or n), of appendix I to the Convention; Any substance or matter specially designed to be discharged by an instrument comprised in paragraph 1, subparagraph g) of appendix I to the Convention; 3) Not to apply chapter III of the Convention to transactions between dealears resident in the territories of two Contracting Parties.'
