Em cumprimento do disposto na cláusula 26.ª do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho, publicado no Boletim do Trabalho e Emprego, n.º 48, de 29 de dezembro de 2011, com as alterações introduzidas no Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho, publicado no Boletim do Trabalho e Emprego, n.º 43, de 22 de novembro de 2015, e no Boletim do Trabalho e Emprego, n.º 15, de 22 de abril de 2019, torna-se público que por despacho de 05/01/2021 do Vogal do Conselho Diretivo, Dr. Nuno Venade, foi homologada a lista unitária de ordenação final referente ao procedimento concursal conducente ao recrutamento de pessoal médico para a categoria de assistente da área hospitalar de medicina intensiva, da carreira médica dos estabelecimentos de saúde com a natureza jurídica de entidade pública empresarial integrados no Serviço Nacional de Saúde, identificados no Aviso n.º 17111-B/2020, publicado no Diário da República n.º 208, de 26 de outubro de 2020, conforme anexo ao presente aviso, incluindo a lista dos candidatos excluídos e respetiva fundamentação, informação esta também disponível para consulta na página eletrónica da Administração Regional de Saúde de Lisboa e Vale do Tejo, I. P.
Conforme previsto na cláusula 29.ª do Acordo Coletivo de Trabalho referenciado, da homologação da lista de ordenação final, bem como da exclusão do procedimento pode ser interposto recurso administrativo, contando-se o prazo para a sua interposição a partir da data da publicação do presente aviso no Diário da República.
