Aviso n.o 183/2007

Por ordem superior se torna público ter a Sérvia e Montenegro depositado junto do Secretário-Geral do Conselho da Europa, em 9 de Fevereiro de 2005, o seu instrumento de assinatura e ratificaçáo do Acordo Europeu sobre a Transmissáo de Pedidos de Assistência Judiciária, aberto para assinatura, em Estrasburgo, em 27 de Janeiro de 1977, tendo formulado uma reserva e uma declaraçáo:

According to article 13, paragraph 1, of the Agreement, Serbia and Montenegro excludes in full the

2308 implementation of the provisions of article 6, par 1, sub-paragraph (b) of the Agreement.

In accordance with article 8 of the Agreement, Serbia and Montenegro informs that, under article 2, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Agreement, it designates as the transmitting authority to forward applications for legal aid to the foreign authorities and as central authority to receive applications for legal aid coming from other Contracting Parties, as follows:

Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia, 11000 Belgrade, No. 22-24, Nemanjina St.;

Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Montenegro, 81000 Podgorica, No. 3, Vuka Karadzica St.

Traduçáo

Em conformidade com o n.o 1 do artigo 13.o do Acordo, a Sérvia e Montenegro exclui a aplicaçáo total das disposiçóes da alínea b) do n.o 1 do artigo 13.o do Acordo.
