Alvará n.º 6/2018
Faço saber aos que este Alvará virem que, atendendo ao que me foi requerido pela empresa PIROFAFE, Lda., com sede na Travessa das Lages, n.º 67, 4820-114 Passos, Fafe, freguesia de Passos, concelho de Fafe, distrito de Braga, com o NIPC 514591870, pedindo licença para naquele local instalar um estabelecimento fabril e de armazenagem de produtos explosivos (oficina pirotécnica), vistos os documentos do mesmo processo organizado nos termos da legislação em vigor, hei por bem conceder ao requerente licença para a utilização do estabelecimento supramencionado, nas condições seguintes:
A) Fabricos autorizados: (vide quadro 1 do Anexo).
B) Matérias perigosas utilizadas no fabrico: (vide quadro 2 do Anexo).
C) Energia a utilizar: (vide quadro 6 do Anexo).
D) Construções:
a) Edifícios de fabrico (tipo de construção, finalidade e lotações): (vide quadro 3 do Anexo);
b) Edifícios de armazenagem (tipo de construção, finalidade e lotações): (vide quadro 3 do Anexo);
c) Campo de ensaios: (não aplicável);
d) Serviços gerais e administrativos/materiais inertes: (vide quadro 4 do Anexo).
E) Maquinismos e aparelhagens: (vide quadro 5 do Anexo).
F) Zona de segurança: (vide quadro 7 do Anexo).
G) Vedação: (vide quadro 8 do Anexo).
H) Tipo de embalagens: (vide quadro 9 do Anexo).
I) Sistema de vigilância permanente: (vide quadro 10 do Anexo).
J) Sinalização de acessos: (vide quadro 11 do Anexo).
K) Proteção contra as descargas atmosféricas: (vide quadro 12 do Anexo).
L) Proteção contra a eletricidade estática: (vide quadro 13 do Anexo).
M) Meios de proteção contra incêndios: (vide quadro 14 do Anexo).
N) Proteção individual: (vide quadro 15 do Anexo).
O) Pessoal: (vide quadro 16 do Anexo).
P) Estrutura técnica responsável: (vide quadro 17 do Anexo).
Q) Cláusulas especiais: A descrição pormenorizada das características intrínsecas a esta oficina pirotécnica consta no Anexo a este Alvará, devendo ser observado o seu conteúdo, fazendo parte integrante deste título de licenciamento.
O presente Alvará foi renovado nos termos do n.º 1, do artigo 2.º, do Decreto-Lei n.º 87/2005, de 23 de maio, e substitui para todos os efeitos o Alvará n.º 708.
